Refund Policy
At Booture Step, we hope you love every product you purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right and ensure your satisfaction.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning your item.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@booturestep.com for assistance.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at support@booturestep.com for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
